Issac Turpin

Issac Turpin was born and raised in Polk County, Florida. With nearly 30 years in construction, restoration, and home services, he built his career through hands-on trade experience before founding True Corp.

Today, Issac leads the True family of companies: True Plumbers & AC, True Builders, True Roofers, True Aluminum, and True AC of Southwest Florida. Each business has its own specialty, while sharing the same standard for communication, accountability, and taking care of customers.

Across the True family, the companies have served more than 100,000 Florida homes. True AC brings that operating experience to Englewood, Sarasota County, and Charlotte County while remaining focused on air conditioning service.

Issac is a father and a builder at heart. His role is not just to grow companies; it is to create places where employees can build careers and customers can count on straightforward help when their home needs attention.
